Delivery
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Every order from Techcel Shop is delivered by tracked courier to your door, anywhere in South Africa. This page sets out what delivery costs, how long it usually takes and what to do when your parcel arrives. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses anywhere in South Africa. We can't deliver to a PO Box, and we don't ship outside South Africa yet.
Collection from a locker or counter isn't available yet, so every order goes by courier to the address you give at checkout.
What delivery costs
Courier delivery is priced at checkout from your address and the size and weight of your order. You see the price, and the day it should arrive, before you pay.
A promotion can make delivery free; when one does, it says so. Either way, the delivery charge is shown in your order summary before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.
How long it takes
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. Most orders are collected from our suppliers before they ship, so the time depends on where the stock is and where you are.
That is an estimate given in good faith, not a guarantee. If your delivery is going to be materially late, we will contact you.
Tracking your parcel
The moment your parcel leaves, we email you its tracking number. You can also find it, and follow your order, under your orders.
When it arrives
Please check your parcel on delivery and tell us straight away if it arrives damaged or something is missing, at support@techcelshop.co.za or on +27 10 013 4858.
If a delivery fails because nobody was available or the address was wrong, further delivery attempts may be charged for.
To send something back, see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
